Who this is

What we collect

The only information we collect is what you type into a form on this site. Depending on which form you use, that can include:

• Contact form — your name, email, optional phone number, and the message you send.
• Relocation guide request — your name and email so Kathy can send you the guide personally.
• Home valuation request— your name, email, optional phone, the property address you’d like valued, and any details you choose to share (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, notes).

We do not collect anything you don’t type into a form. No account signup, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies.

How we use it

Kathy uses your information for one purpose: to respond to your request. That means replying by email, phone, or text, and following up as we work together. If you become a client, some information may be retained as part of standard real-estate transaction records, as required by Florida law and brokerage policy.

We do not add you to a mailing list, newsletter, or automated drip campaign unless you explicitly ask to be. There is no “marketing list” behind the scenes.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes the message and forwards it to Kathy’s inbox. Formspree stores submissions on its own servers per its privacy policy.

The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which sees standard web-server request data (IP address, user agent) to serve pages and block abuse. Cloudflare does not receive your form contents.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with any other party for marketing purposes. If required by law (subpoena, court order), we’ll comply, but we’ll tell you unless prohibited from doing so.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site trackers. The only data your browser stores locally are the accessibility settings you choose (text size, contrast, etc.), saved in your own device so they apply on your next visit.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or persistent identifiers — nothing is tied back to individual visitors.

Your choices

You can ask Kathy to:

• Tell you what information she has about you.
• Correct anything that’s wrong.
• Delete your information, unless we’re required by law or real-estate transaction records to retain it.

Just email kathy_joshi@OTOWresales.com and say what you’d like done. Requests are handled personally, usually within a business day.

Children

This site is intended for adults exploring 55+ real estate in Ocala and surrounding communities. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the “last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be noted in plain language, not buried in legalese.
